I got this tape off eBay. All I have done is convert to DVD.
A version of this has circulated before, but those versions were all recorded off TV with logos. This is a studio copy without the logos. It has breaks where the commercial breaks would be that show what segment it is and the length of it. So this is essentially a pre-broadcast version.
I included the information that was on the VHS case and tape.
