Notes:
The last part of “Refugee”, as well as the three final songs (“Runnin’ Down A Dream”, “You Wreck Me”, and “American Girl”) were all lost due to a technical problem with the recorder. Apparently the recorder somehow switched from saving to the memory card to the internal memory, and there wasn’t enough room to get the end of the show.
