A longtime collector shared his Petty collection with me, and this is one of his shows. All I have done is split it into tracks and export to 16/44.1 .flac

I don’t have its lineage but it is a SBD recording. I don’t have the exact date of this Letterman appearance other than April 1999. Since they were on SNL on April 10, my guess is that this was taped around that time. I can’t find anything about Petty on Letterman in 1999 so this seems to be a rare recording.
