This was the 5th out 89 scheduled gigs on the 1995 Dogs with Wings tour.
This recording is very rough quality and basically uncirculated.
This is not for the casual fan, but for the collector who needs to fill a gap.
I have fond memories of the Peoria Civic Center, which I attended a few concerts in the mid 80’s.
